On June 15, 1995 he married Beth A. Womack of Harrisburg. This union brought together a family of five children, Jason Womack and Becky Logan of Harrisburg; Hunter Womack of Harrisburg; Patrice and Brian Kelly of Lecompton, Kansas; Dee and Josh Hitchcock of Platte City, Missouri; and Patrick and Lindsay Heptinstall of Osage City, Kansas; nine grandchildren, Austin, Tristian and Hanna Kelly; Jillian Womack; Caden and Chase Hitchcock; and Maddie, Grace and Rowdy Heptinstall; six great grandchildren; one sister, Pamela VanTyle of Overland Park, Kansas; brother-in-laws, Kevin and Sharon Turner; Keith Turner and Angel Ferrel; Kenny Turner; Randy Feazel; John David Feazel and Lisa Travelstead; and Mike Womack; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
